Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using HealthData Prompt ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About the App

HealthData Prompt is an iOS utility that reads health metrics you select from Apple Health on your device and formats them as plain text so you can copy and paste the summary into third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT or Claude).

The App does not transmit your health data to any server operated by us. All processing happens locally on your device.

3. Not Medical Advice

The App is not intended to replace professional medical judgement. Do not use it in emergency situations or as a substitute for clinical care.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App, consistent with its App Store rating. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

5. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Redistribute or resell the App or any part of it;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time purchase ("Full Access") to unlock additional health metric categories. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We do not handle payment data directly.

To restore a previous purchase on a new device, use the "Restore previous purchase" option within the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within the App are the property of r6lab Radoslaw Jozefowicz or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Third-Party Services

When you paste a summary generated by the App into a third-party AI service, that service's own terms and privacy policy govern how your data is handled. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The App uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r6lab Radoslaw Jozefowicz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any information it formats.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
