1. Who We Are

HealthData Prompt is developed and operated by:

r6lab Radoslaw Jozefowicz
ul. Akacjowa 3, 55-003 Krzykow
Poland, EU
NIP: PL9730929262
radek@jozefowicz.dev

We are the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. The Short Version

We do not collect, store, or transmit your health data. All Apple Health data is read locally on your device and stays there. When you tap "Copy", the formatted summary is placed on your clipboard. If you paste it into a third-party service, that service's privacy policy governs its use โ€” not ours.

3. Data We Process

The table below lists every category of data involved when you use the App.

Data category Where it lives Purpose Sent to us?
Apple Health metrics you select (HRV, steps, sleep, etc.) Your device Formatted and copied to clipboard on request No
App preferences (units, format, personal context) Your device Stored in device AsyncStorage to persist settings No
Copy count (anonymous integer) Your device Triggers an App Store review prompt after 3 copies No
Purchase receipt / entitlement status Apple & RevenueCat Verifies whether Full Access has been purchased Via Apple / RevenueCat only
Crash & diagnostic data Apple (opt-in) If you have opted in to share diagnostics with developers in iOS Settings, Apple may share anonymised crash reports with us Via Apple only

4. Apple Health Access

The App requests read-only permission to Apple HealthKit for the metric categories you choose. This permission is granted through the standard iOS permission dialogue and can be revoked at any time in Settings โ†’ Privacy & Security โ†’ Health โ†’ HealthData Prompt.

We never request write access. We never modify, delete, or add records to Apple Health.

5. Clipboard

When you tap "Copy health data", the formatted summary is written to your iOS clipboard. The clipboard is a system resource โ€” other apps or services you subsequently use may be able to read its contents. We have no control over what happens after you paste the summary into another app.

6. Third-Party Services

RevenueCat โ€” We use RevenueCat to process and verify in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives your Apple purchase receipt and a device-level anonymous identifier. No health data is shared with RevenueCat. See their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple App Store โ€” Purchases and crash reporting go through Apple's infrastructure under Apple's privacy policy.

AI assistants โ€” The App does not integrate directly with any AI service. You choose where to paste the copied summary. Once pasted, the AI provider's terms and privacy policy apply.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 17+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 17. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR

Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, most GDPR rights (access, erasure, portability) are satisfied by the fact that all data remains on your device under your control. You can delete all App data by deleting the App from your device.

Regarding purchase data held by RevenueCat, you may contact us and we will forward your request.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO) at uodo.gov.pl or with the supervisory authority in your EU member state.

9. Data Retention

All data stored by the App (preferences, copy count, presets, cached baselines) lives in AsyncStorage on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App. We do not retain any personal data on our own servers.

10. Security

Because no health data is transmitted over the network, the primary security boundary is your device itself. We recommend keeping iOS up to date and using device passcode / biometric lock.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For material changes we will include a notice in an App update. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
